AgentFront — From Local Business to Digital Business, Autonomously
Inspiration
Millions of small businesses have great products and loyal local customers, yet many still lack a dedicated digital presence.
Restaurants, salons, garment stores, and local workshops may appear on maps or social media, but building a professional website still requires them to find a developer, explain requirements, negotiate pricing, provide content, review the site, and manage deployment.
We asked a different question:
What if the business owner never had to search for a developer at all? What if an autonomous AI company could discover the opportunity, approach the business, understand its needs, close the deal, and deliver the solution?
That question became AgentFront.
AgentFront is not simply an AI website generator. It is an autonomous customer-acquisition and digital-delivery platform designed to operate the complete journey from discovering an underserved business to delivering its digital presence.
What AgentFront Does
AgentFront turns a fragmented agency workflow into one coordinated autonomous pipeline:
Discover → Qualify → CRM → Converse → Negotiate → Specify → Build → Validate → Deploy
The founder begins by defining a target market, such as:
- Restaurants
- Beauty parlours and salons
- Garment stores
- Mechanic workshops
and a target location.
AgentFront then discovers businesses in that market and evaluates their digital presence.
Businesses with signals such as strong reviews, available contact information, and no dedicated website receive a Digital Opportunity Score.
A qualified business can then enter the autonomous pipeline.
How It Works
1. Business Discovery & Qualification
AgentFront provides a map-based discovery interface where businesses can be explored geographically.
Instead of treating every business as an equal lead, the qualification layer evaluates signals such as:
- Website availability
- Rating
- Review activity
- Contact availability
- Existing digital presence
This helps prioritize businesses where digital transformation is likely to create meaningful value.
2. Freshworks CRM — The Commercial Source of Truth
Once a business is qualified, its commercial lifecycle is synchronized with Freshworks CRM.
AgentFront tracks the business through stages such as:
QUALIFIED → CONTACTED → INTERESTED → NEGOTIATING → DEAL WON → BUILDING → DEPLOYED
Freshworks manages the account, contact, deal, value, and lifecycle while AgentFront provides the autonomous orchestration layer around it.
This means our agents are not isolated AI demos — their actions are connected to an actual business workflow.
3. ElevenLabs Autonomous Sales Agent
The qualified business is passed to an ElevenLabs conversational AI sales agent.
The agent can conduct a real-time conversation with the prospective client to:
- Understand their current digital presence
- Discover business requirements
- Explain suitable solutions
- Handle objections
- Discuss pricing
- Negotiate within predefined commercial boundaries
- Determine whether the opportunity is won, lost, or requires follow-up
For our qualification-stage prototype, we demonstrate the conversation through ElevenLabs' real-time conversational interface with a simulated business owner.
The conversational intelligence is real; external outbound telephony is intentionally kept as a future transport integration.
4. Conversation → Structured Specification
One of the most important parts of AgentFront is what happens after the conversation.
We do not simply send a sales transcript to another AI.
AgentFront converts the agreed requirements into a structured project specification containing information such as:
- Business details
- Required pages
- Selected features
- Branding preferences
- Contact information
- Agreed commercial package
- Final deal value
This specification becomes the contract between the Sales Agent and the Developer Agent.
It prevents the development stage from having to reinterpret an unstructured conversation from scratch.
5. Template-Guided Autonomous Development
AgentFront currently supports four business-specific website foundations:
- Restaurant
- Beauty Parlour / Salon
- Garments
- Mechanic Workshop
Instead of asking AI to randomly generate an entire website from nothing, AgentFront starts from a professionally structured template appropriate for that business category.
The Developer Agent powered through Codex receives the approved project specification and modifies the appropriate template according to the client's requirements.
This approach provides a balance between:
AI flexibility + deterministic product quality.
The system can alter content, sections, branding, features, and business information while retaining a tested application structure.
6. Validation & Deployment
Development is followed by an automated validation stage.
AgentFront can verify conditions such as:
- Successful production build
- Required pages and features
- Missing placeholders
- Invalid configuration
- Build failures
Once validation succeeds, the project progresses to deployment.
The deployment URL and project status can then be synchronized back into the operational pipeline and CRM.
The AgentFront Orchestrator
The biggest engineering challenge was not creating individual AI agents.
It was making them behave like one company.
Discovery, Freshworks, ElevenLabs, development, validation, and deployment are completely different systems.
Connecting every agent directly to every other agent would create a fragile network of dependencies.
We therefore designed a central AgentFront Orchestrator.
Every opportunity receives a canonical AgentFront ID, and the orchestrator manages its state throughout the lifecycle.
