Inspiration
Traditional marketing and event management are siloed—leading to wasted budgets, generic campaigns, and forgettable experiences. We built AgentForce Nexus to bridge this gap, using AI to turn data into hyper-personalized attendee journeys while automating logistics.
What it does
A unified platform that: ✅ Syncs marketing campaigns with live events (e.g., personalized emails trigger check-in kiosk greetings). ✅ Predicts attendee engagement using AI, suggesting real-time adjustments (e.g., shifting booth traffic or session topics). ✅ Auto-generates post-event reports with ROI insights (e.g., "Your VIP dinner drove 35% of pipeline").
How we built it
Integration: Calendly (scheduling), HubSpot (lead tracking), and spatial audio APIs for hybrid events. Prototype: Tested at a 500-person tech conference, with attendee feedback shaping the UI.
Challenges we ran into
Data Silos: Legacy CRM systems couldn’t share attendee behavior fast enough—solved with webhooks. ⚠️ AI Overload: Early versions overwhelmed users with suggestions; we added a "Focus Mode" to prioritise top 3 actions.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
🏆 7% Conversion Lift in A/B tests vs. traditional tools. 🏆 Saved 20+ Hours/Event on manual follow-ups. 🏆 Featured at Collision 2024’s "Futuristic MarTech" showcase.
What we learned
"Less Is More": Attendees engaged 2x more when offered 2 tailored session picks (vs. 5+ generic ones). Hybrid Is Hard: Virtual attendees needed "networking breaks" to avoid fatigue—now a default setting.
