We saw an opportunity to streamline their workflow—eliminating inefficiencies and letting them focus on solving problems, not managing tasks. The goal? Reduce friction, speed up resolutions, and empower teams with AI-driven automation.
What it does
Agentforce Assist is an AI-powered support co-pilot that integrates with Salesforce but goes beyond it. It:
- Creates detailed support tickets automatically from chat, email, or voice input.
- Schedules follow-ups and meetings by analyzing urgency and availability.
- Analyzes customer interactions to provide real-time insights and next steps.
- Connects multiple systems, ensuring seamless task completion across platforms.
How we built it
- AI & NLP: Used advanced natural language processing to analyze and summarize issues.
- Salesforce Integration: Built connectors to interact directly with CRM data.
- Automation Workflows: Designed smart triggers for ticket creation, scheduling, and response suggestions.
- Multi-System API Connectivity: Enabled cross-platform communication for seamless execution.
