SmartCase Assistant is an intelligent web-based support agent built using Salesforce Agentforce and FastAPI, designed to streamline internal IT support operations. By leveraging Agent Builder, the assistant automates ticket triage, provides instant resolutions to common issues, and intelligently routes complex problems to the appropriate IT staff. The application features a sleek, animated frontend built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enhancing user experience while demonstrating the powerful capabilities of Salesforce Agentforce in solving real business challenges.

I am Muhammad Rehan(Team -Leader)-Backend Deployment Engineer (FastAPI – Render Platform) and also work on Frontend using (Html,css,Javascript,etc)

I was responsible for deploying our FastAPI-based application to the cloud using Render.com. My contributions included:

Creating a proper Full Project and manage all the team members.

Ensuring environment compatibility and resolving deployment errors (like Poetry-related issues).

Setting up gunicorn with uvicorn workers for production-grade ASGI serving.

Managing root directory settings and optimizing render.yaml (if applicable).

Tools Used: FastAPI, Render.com, GitHub, Gunicorn, Uvicorn, Python

I am Jawad Ahmad, a key contributor to the AI project "Agent Force." My work spanned idea generation, frontend development, and building the AI agent, showcasing my diverse skill set in both development and artificial intelligence.
My Contributions Included:

Idea Generation and Feature Suggestion:I proposed innovative features and improvements for the AI application, helping shape its direction and enhancing its potential. My suggestions were driven by a strategic vision to make the project impactful and user-focused.

Frontend Development:I developed an engaging and responsive user interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This included implementing responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices and integrating the frontend with backend services to effectively display AI-generated content.

AI Agent Development:I played a pivotal role in building the AI agent that powers "Agent Force." This involved designing the agent's architecture, implementing algorithms to enable its functionality, and integrating it seamlessly with the application. My work ensured the AI could process inputs and deliver outputs efficiently, making it a core component of the project.
