Inspiration
Creating high-quality training data is an important but time-consuming part of building AI applications. Collecting information from different sources, preparing question-and-answer pairs, checking their quality, and removing duplicates can require significant manual effort. This inspired us to build AgentFlow AI, a tool that aims to simplify and automate the training data preparation process.
What It Does
AgentFlow AI is designed to turn a topic into a structured dataset suitable for AI development. The workflow takes a user-provided topic, gathers relevant information from web sources, generates question-and-answer pairs, evaluates their quality, removes duplicates, and prepares the final dataset for export in JSONL or CSV format.
How We Plan to Build It
The project combines web research, large language models, automated quality evaluation, and data processing in one workflow. The goal is to create a simple interface where users can enter a topic and generate a more organized, reusable training dataset.
Challenges
Key challenges include generating accurate answers from source material, reducing duplicate or low-quality examples, maintaining consistent data formats, and making the workflow reliable from start to finish.
What We Hope to Learn
Through this project, we aim to explore AI agent workflows, LLM integration, automated data quality evaluation, and practical applications of generative AI. AgentFlow AI aims to make training data preparation more accessible and efficient for developers and AI researchers.
