Inspiration
We were inspired by the growing need for AI agents to have trusted identities and be able to communicate with each other. As more businesses start putting their own agents online, we wanted to make it easier for people to know which agents are real, verified, and safe to interact with.
What it does
AgentDesk turns a business website into a verified AI agent that can answer questions using information from that website. Website owners can add their site after verifying ownership, and users or other agents can then discover that business agent through GoDaddy ANS, verify it, and communicate with it through A2A or MCP.
How we built it
We built AgentDesk as a multi-tenant platform that uses one shared agent system for different businesses instead of creating completely separate code for each one.
Challenges we ran into
One of our biggest challenges was connecting technologies like ANS, A2A, and MCP while still keeping everything secure.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that we were able to bring agent creation, identity, discovery, verification, and communication into one platform.
What we learned
We learned that verifying an agent's identity is only one part of making an agent trustworthy.
What's next for AgentDesk
Next, we want to expand AgentDesk beyond agents that only answer business-related questions and give them more useful capabilities.
