Inspiration : main reason is i love making films with ai from my room because its an best thing for a person on wheelchair to create something from his room and technically answer is - The primary inspiration for "Agent Prachi" was the idea of merging the high-octane spectacle of cyberpunk action with a deeply personal, relatable emotional conflict: the tension between a secret agent's commitment to duty and the profound need for human connection. Setting the story in a neon-soaked, chaotic Cyberpunk Mumbai provided a unique, vibrant backdrop that visually emphasized this clash between cold technology and vibrant humanity.

What it does "Agent Prachi" is a short film that tells the story of an elite agent who must confront her lifelong belief that emotional connections are a weakness. The film demonstrates how her brother's street art—the very thing she dismisses—ultimately becomes the key to saving the city. It explores a classic "Duty vs. Family" theme, reimagined in a high-tech, futuristic setting, culminating in the protagonist realizing that true strength lies in collaboration and emotional harmony.

How we built it The project was built using an AI-driven script-to-visual workflow. We started with a detailed psychological arc for @Prachi (her Lie, Need, and Ghost). This was translated into specific cinematic beats, shot lists, and high-level AI video and image prompts. The visuals required meticulous input for lighting and composition (e.g., the 3:2 thumbnail ratio, contrasting neon color palettes). The two-minute original score was specifically crafted using AI tools to achieve a blend of Hollywood cinematic tension and dramatic Bollywood emotional cues (Dhum-dhan-dhan beats) to amplify key narrative moments.

Challenges we ran into The biggest challenge was ensuring complete narrative and character consistency across numerous generated assets, especially during the high-action sequences. Maintaining the continuity of @Prachi's face, attire, and expressions while transitioning between cold professionalism and raw emotion required continuous refinement of character seed prompts. Achieving the ideal score—the perfect emotional blend between the low, industrial ambience and the heroic orchestral climax—was also a significant hurdle. also the biggest challange was tools , not everyone has that much money to buy tools, i can make it more better if i get access to some more tools i wanted. but thanks to some sponsers who provided tools and free credits.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We are most proud of successfully integrating the central plot device: @Aarav's art. Translating the concept of abstract art into a massive, city-saving holographic projection was a complex visual and narrative feat. We are also proud of the emotional resonance achieved in the final act, proving that high-concept sci-fi storytelling can effectively deliver profound human themes.

What we learned We learned the critical importance of extreme specificity in AI prompting for visual storytelling continuity. We also gained insight into the power of visual juxtaposition, using the stark contrast between @Prachi's tactical world and @Aarav's colorful art to convey emotional conflict more powerfully than dialogue alone.

What's next for Agent Prachi - Short Film The next step is to submit the short film to various genre and short film festivals. We plan to develop the core concept into a full-length feature screenplay, exploring the wider syndicate network and the origin story of @Prachi's mother (the 'Ghost' figure) to deepen the world-building and character mytholog . if my films win i will buy some tools then maybe work on this film or try my new concepts , and i made it independently , i just take support from team for getting tools they have .and if my this issue got resolved god swear i will make the best masterpieces .
