AgentOS The Journey of Building an AI-Powered Social Analytics OS
💡 Inspiration I have myself doing agentic business for more than three years now and VFX designing and posting here and there on social media for more than six years now and I have to open all the different different accounts like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc. to check where and how much we gained so that's why we have built this unified system
Every creator and marketer today lives in chaos switching between 5 different analytics dashboards, each with different metrics, different charts, and different definitions of “performance.” We felt this pain ourselves.
We kept asking:
“Why can’t I see everything in one place?”
“Why do I need to learn 4 different analytics UIs?”
“Why can’t analytics talk back and tell me what matters?”
“Why can’t I just ask: What went viral today and why?”
That frustration sparked a realization: What if analytics could behave like a personal AI data analyst?
What if instead of opening dashboards, creators could simply ask:
“How did my content perform this week?” “Why did this reel fail?” “What should I post next?”

We focused on engineering a platform that feels fast, intuitive, and intelligent.
🧩 Challenges We Ran Into 🔍 1. Making AI Understand Social Media Metrics
LLMs aren’t trained specifically for analytics, so we had to craft special prompts and JSON formats to guide the AI’s reasoning.
⚙️ 2. Rendering Dynamic Graphs from AI Output
AI outputs can be unpredictable. We built flexible parsing logic to clean and validate all responses.
🔐 3. Managing Auth & Secure Routing
It took careful planning to ensure Firebase-authenticated routes were smooth and bug-free.
🎨 4. Designing a Clean Unified UI
Each platform (Instagram/Twitter/TikTok) has its own metric style. Bringing all of them into one language required thoughtful UX decisions.
