Inspiration
Wanted someone to guide though the software new features step by step or someone who can help me with any issue related to provided product knowledge.
What it does
It has capability to provide the instruction or answer to user query based on the knowledge we provided in the form of JSON to make AI understand the dependency of each part we are using JSON.
How we built it
We used the Google AI api to get the response to our query and OpenAI api to provide the capability in the form of voice assistance using Text to Speech module.
Challenges we ran into
Providing the Text to speech withour latency. Sometime it provides the responsed in generic manner.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Made it versatile using json format so it can be used for other purpose like emergency ambulance, appoinment booking, etc
What we learned
How to used Google AI and their different module. How integrate other platform with it.
What's next for Agent AI
I will be enhancing it to make more capable for anykind of purpose from onboarding new customers, guiding them through complex software functionality, Tourbleshooting the users errors, booking appoinment, Emergency medical or police help and increasing the realtime responding ability.
