KNIME Stock Prediction Workflow
Inspiration
As a Cameroonian American I was always aware of the rich culture and history of Africa and the great wealth it has in store. I believe that if tools like this are built it will change the narrative around Africa and give rise to new economic opportunities for the people of the continent.
What it does
The African Geospatial Newsletter is a theoretical product that uses Machine Learning to analyze developing trends in Geospatial data over time to make stock predictions and create automated newsletters.
How we built it
Ideally, we will use a platform called KNIME and replicate a previous Stock Prediction model created with it while modifying it to implement Geospatial data.
Challenges we ran into
Accounting for limited time in pitch deck and replicating Stock Prediction model in KNIME as demo
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Simply creating a cohesive team. That is half the battle.
