Inspiration
Affixtion is a health application website that alleviates your afflictions.
What it does
Oftentimes, we experience random physical pains that are difficult to put into symptoms. Affixtion provides an interactive 3d model that allows users to easily click onto the area they are feeling pain. They can receive immediate possible diagnosis, advice to alleviate the pain, and options to call emergency or book an appointment with their doctor all in one place.
How we built it
We designed the website pages using figma and coded up the website prototype with html/css.
Challenges we ran into
Because all of us were beginners to coding and hackathons, we found it difficult to implement our idea into a functioning program.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of being able to bring our idea to life and create an application that can potentially help people all around the world receive the medical advice and attention they need.
What we learned
We learned how to collaborate on a project together and format pages using html.
What's next for Affixtion
As a fully functioning application, we hope to include more in-depth 3d models with a cleaner user interface and navigation tools. In the future, we hope to expand to mobile apps with location sharing and calling options.
