AeroTwin is a CPU-first active-inspection prototype built on OpenCV 5. It asks what evidence is missing, which observation would reduce uncertainty, and when a human should take over. OpenCV measures blur, SIFT/ORB geometry, homography inliers, registration quality, and candidate change; a deterministic policy then requests a retake, expands coverage, asks for a verification view, or stops in human_review. Every decision and observation is written to a replayable trace.
The OpenCV 5 path uses Laplacian variance, ORB/SIFT matching, RANSAC/MAGSAC homography checks, visibility-aware registration, and image-difference change analysis. An optional CPU Siamese context model was trained from scratch without pretrained weights. The Agentic Vision gate records the perception-decision-action loop, including OBSERVE, VERIFY, UNMEASURED, and human-review outcomes.
Evaluation uses 17 previously unused AOIs in nine coarse spatial groups. The original assessed-only audit reports context micro F1 0.276745 versus 0.091179 for classical SIFT/MAGSAC, with a nine-group mean difference of 0.1861972 and 95% CI [0.1359418, 0.2431934]. The full-denominator accounting addendum treats the one common geometry refusal as a hard failure rather than dropping it: all 51 arm-by-AOI slots are now accounted for, and full-denominator context F1 is 0.269402 versus 0.088396 for the classical arm. This remains INCOMPLETE as a product-success claim and product_pass=false; it is not an official challenge score.
AWS is a real short-lived proof: t3.micro, Ubuntu 24.04, OpenCV 5.0.0, request ID 3c0f049c-2531-4e1c-8a70-8b095cfb1be0, 395 good SIFT matches, 372 RANSAC inliers, valid homography, 2078.925 ms elapsed, and CloudWatch group /aerotwin/cv5-proof/20261027. The endpoint is a temporary proof, not a permanent production service.
The full-denominator addendum is public at https://aerotwin-20261027-5d9ee678d674.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/unlisted/audit/FULL_DENOMINATOR_COMPLETION.md. The judge archive, pinned reproduction instructions, architecture, failure cases, rights notes, and AWS evidence are linked from the project. The historical 3:45 film is retained with its content limitation disclosed; it does not fully show the team, live UI, and architecture.
