Aircraft maintenance personnel had to spend a lot more time searching through huge aircraft maintenance manuals to get instructions on what to do. Additionally, they had to ensure that they completed all the instructions in the aircraft maintenance manuals before proceeding with the maintenance process. AeroAssist AI has developed a solution that uses artificial intelligence & computer vision to guide a technician through a task. With a smart phone camera, it can verify that a component is installed properly & that all necessary steps are completed before moving on to the next component. Additionally, Voice Activation is incorporated to allow aircraft maintenance personnel to have instant access to information, reducing errors, increasing speed, & thereby creating a smarter, safer, & more efficient aircraft maintenance process.
