Inspiration
I am from Balochistan .I saw many girls in my city want to learn skills like Canva Designing and English Communication to earn from home, but all learning platforms are boring and expensive. I wanted to create a soft, aesthetic and premium platform that feels beautiful and personal - that's why I made Aelora.
What it does
Aelora is an e-learning platform for students around the world. It offers practical courses like Canva Designing, Video Editing, and English Communication. Our focus is on a personalized learning approach where every student can learn at her own pace in a simple and beautiful way.
How I built it
I built Aelora entirely on Odoo Website Builder.
- Used Odoo's drag & drop blocks for homepage
- Customized colors to soft purple/aesthetic theme
- Added sections for courses, about, and enroll button
- Website is live at aelora-skill1.odoo.com
Challenges I faced
It was my first time using Odoo. On mobile, saving and publishing was difficult. I also struggled to make the design match my vision of "soft aesthetic" but I learned how to change images, text, and colors.
What I learned
I learned how to build a full website without coding using Odoo, how to think about branding and user experience for girls, and how to make an idea live in just a few hours.
What's next for Aelora
I want to add actual video courses, student login, and payment system so students can truly enroll and start their freelancing journey.iration
