AegisState — Benchmarking Clarification
AegisState's benchmark includes median latency measurements for validation and root-change invalidation, alongside its existing performance evaluation.
We initially overlooked these measurements when reviewing the benchmark output and mistakenly thought only average latency was covered. The median calculations were already part of the implementation.
Median latency is useful because it represents typical performance while being less affected by unusually slow runs. Together with other performance measurements, it helps provide a more complete picture of AegisState's behaviour.
