Inspiration
Attorney needs to collect and synthesize all the information and evidence from the tenant to fill in the petition form. It is time consuming for both the attorney and tenant.
What it does
Prompt the tenant for information and share a Dropbox link for the tenant to upload evidence. It provides recommendation of rent reduction percentage based in historic cases. It autofills the petition for the attorney
How we built it
We used React and Nextjs and an image segmentation model with a Flask API to auto-fill PDFs.
Challenges we ran into
Detecting the text boxes and lines to fill in on the PDF.
