Managing academic tasks like attendance tracking, timetable updates, and student-teacher communication across different platforms felt inefficient. We were inspired to create a unified system that simplifies these processes for educational institutions.

-What it does

The Advanced ERP System for Educational Institutions streamlines communication and management between Staff, Admin, Students, and Parents. It features:

Role-based login with personalized dashboards Subject-wise attendance with visual indicators Academic and achievement records tracking Fee management and due alerts Timetable scheduling and updates Notifications and announcements for parents and students Real-time messaging between users Data-driven analytics for better academic insights

This all-in-one platform ensures smooth operations, better engagement, and improved transparency in educational environments.

-How we built it

We built the system using:

Frontend: React with Vite + Bootstrap for responsive UI Backend: PHP and Laravel (for secure APIs and logic – in progress) Database: MySQL Deployment: Will be hosted on AWS for scalability and performance

Implementing role-based routing with session persistence Dynamically rendering subject-wise attendance and highlighting data Designing an attractive UI while keeping the app lightweight Time management across multiple features and modules
