Inspiration
In the global epidemic, everyone in the world waited for the end of the disease by closing to their homes. This situation pushed people to mandatory social loneliness and already lonely humanity, now feels more alone than ever before. Especially the children in the developmental age and the elderly, who need to be protected from the disease the most, were adversely affected by the pandemic. In order for people to get rid of this psychological stress, we can get support from our lovely pets who have been friends with us for ages. Many studies show that pets are perfect for decreased feelings of loneliness. It is also excellent for teaching kids responsibility and provide companionship for elderly. However, not every animal is suitable for you. The animals, taken with a sudden decision on a whim, are thrown into the streets and abandoned. Our aim is to find the most suitable animal for its owner and bring them together. With the adoptMe application, open an ad for an animal looking for a house, find the best animal for you. You can have an instant conversation with the current pet owner. In just a few steps your best cuddly friend will appear right in front of you.
What it does
adoptMe finds the most suitable animal for potential owner. You can also manage your registered pets and incoming pet requests.
How we built it
adoptMe is builted by using Pega technology. It benefits from Survey feature for matching appropriate pets and possible owners.
