Generation Z community aspirations are no more static. We appreciate them as aspiring individuals. At the same time, market needs are also rapidly changing. As NEP(National Educational Policy) is bringing progressive educational philosophy, it is new age responsibility on us to match their aspirations and dynamic market needs. We have to assess and agree on students' competencies and customize individual sustainable career paths. There are many graduates, unable to assess their gifted competencies and unable to create the best career path for happy settlement. If you observe a few anomalies, One with the best IQ level with a great academic record who is perfectly fit for GATE/Core Jobs, wrongly selecting CAT/GMAT and landing in sales job which needs more social quotient and emotional coefficient. One with high risk-taking, with great ideas who capable to start his/her startup, wrongly influenced by societal constraints, settling in an ordinary software job. One with high mathematical intelligence who can write the best algorithms, instead of joining a product company, wrongly landed at services companies. One with an academically poor background but highly creative, instead of selecting Gaming or Webpage making as his/her career, wrongly influenced by peer pressure, distracted in their lives. One with foreign language skills and good English accent skills, instead of taking up ITES jobs, taking up the wrong choice and losing their language capability. This mismatch story is endless

What it does

Adhva wants to put a check on this mismatch. Are you GAME? Adhva is aiming towards a goal for everyone. Adhva works on a philosophy where a genuine individual's interest is protected, promoted, and prospered. Broadly, Adhva is having 3 verticals- Heads-On, Hands-On, and Hearts-On. Each vertical is critical in its function, role in society, and providing equal opportunity to all types of students.

  1. Heads On vertical caters to the needs of GATE, ESE, CORE JOB, and GRE where deep theoretical engineering understanding or research orientation is required.
  2. Hands-On Vertical works towards needs of IT, ITES, KPO, RPO, and MSME Opportunities where it caters to the needs of programming skills, domain skills, language skills, and other MSME based Finishing School skills
  3. Hearts On vertical broadly caters to the needs of CAT/GMAT, Civil Services and Other Competitive Examinations, Startup and Family Business Opportunities where an individual requires leadership capabilities, managing teams, managing risks, financial management, business execution capabilities, etc.

How we built it

We essentially used Django for developing the entire application, we have deployed it in Heroku Hope you got the mission of Adhva. Do you want to be that genuine boy or girl? Think Once? Ek Bar Socho!.
