Inspiration
We found a gap in the market for an app that helps people with ADHD schedule, and organise their lives.
What it does
It has a todo list, a calendar which link together, as well as a feedback form to measure metrics that we could use in the future to predict when the best time is to schedule certain tasks.
How we built it
We used React.JS, React Native, as well as HTML & CSS. We've also included a proof of concept of the graphs that we would produce so that the user can track their productivity over time in R.
Challenges we ran into
As most of the team had not learnt React, or even JS before, we found it difficult to code the app, however we overcame these challenges using tutorials and teamworking collaboration.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Working well as a team to overcome difficulties in languages, and that we've learnt a fair bit of React, in a single day!
What we learned
React, JavaScript, expand our knowledge of mobile development, R.
What's next for ADHD App
We hope to compile everything and build more features: decision maker, speech to text instructions, as well as improve the design.
