ActionPilot AI is an agentic workspace designed to turn a complex goal into a structured, evidence-aware action plan. Instead of stopping at a generic chat answer, the workflow moves through five observable stages: Plan → Gather → Reason → Verify → Act.
The problem
People often move between documents, web searches, notes, and AI chats just to answer a practical question and decide what to do next. The result is fragmented research and too much manual synthesis.
The solution
ActionPilot AI gives the user one workspace for a goal, question, or pasted context. The agent workflow:
- Understands the goal and identifies the decision criteria.
- Plans the work into observable subtasks.
- Gathers relevant evidence from supplied context and, in the production architecture, external research.
- Reasons over evidence with an NVIDIA open-source Nemotron model through the Nebius inference layer.
- Verifies important claims and surfaces uncertainty.
- Converts the result into a prioritized action plan with confidence and supporting evidence.
Working MVP
The current public demo is Demo Mode: it runs deterministically in-browser without credentials so judges can experience the complete agent workflow immediately. It does not falsely claim live Nebius/Nemotron inference.
Live-provider integration is isolated behind a single provider/service layer so the same UI contract can be connected to a credentialed Nebius Token Factory endpoint without changing the product workflow.
