ActionApp

Inspiration

I am very concerned about the environment, and with the help of my family, I decided on this as a way to help! I think that this is a very important topic as it affects everyone.

What it does

My app is called ActionApp, and it generates ways that you can benefit the environment, whether its by singing a petition, donating to an environmental organization, or planting a tree.

How we built it

I built this app in flutter, as I have developed apps with flutter in the past, and I had a lot of fun.

Challenges we ran into

I had some issues starting my project, and committing it to github, but in the end everything worked out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of the fact that my app functions exactly how I wanted it to.

What we learned

I learned a lot about dart and flutter, as well as a lot about how hackathons work.

What's next for ActionApp

I want to add to it by giving more variety and quantity in the ways you can help.
