Starting from the #NoEstimates game, the #NoEstimates book and the book Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability
What it does
Get more predictability from agile teams by using metrics to understand and work on the flow of the work items in a team. And using this information for forecasting and giving the team and the customer actionable information
How I built it
We played the game a couple of times and refined it and I read both books for background information.

My knowledge on maths and statistics is very basic, so help from an expert would be helpful

The idea is to investigate how to set up these metrics for our (scrum) teams and what tool can help us out
