Inspiration

I went through the acquisition of Splunk by Cisco; it is hard. 2 years & $$mn of opportunity lost because we couldn't attach due to SFDC integrations even when the product is ready.

What it does

When & if fully built, I should be able to connect multiple sales cloud's, build the entity models, map the relationships & then analyze what critical info is missing & what all info we would need human input from & a line of sight into how we can bring both systems to parity & merge.

How we built it

I started planning with chatgpt & pasted the plan into Kiro. Took 2 hours & failed; I started claude code & hit into usgae limits. So resumed the tasks by Kiro again. Created the test dataset through Tonic & made agent toolkit on top from Retool

Challenges we ran into

To make it production -grade, I still need real Sales Cloud trials setup to accurately build out those entities & map through the analyze engine. Right now, it is only focusing on one single part of the equation that is, Cash quotes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It was good to get the work started; I had been procrastinating for a long time.

What we learned

Coding agents would need much more extensive plans to really build production-grade software.

What's next for Acqr.ai

I am looking for some marquee customers that I can work with for a POC.
