Our project is inspired by the pressing need to revolutionize courier deliveries for efficiency and sustainability. The inefficiencies in current last-mile logistics motivated us to explore innovative solutions. Leveraging Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), we set out to identify shared delivery routes among couriers, aiming to streamline operations and reduce environmental impact.

Throughout this journey, we delved into the fascinating world of optimization algorithms, learning the intricacies of ACO and its application in the logistics domain. The project's foundation lies in the belief that collaborative efforts and route optimization can significantly enhance the courier delivery ecosystem.

Building the project involved the development of a user-friendly plotting interface to visualize potential shared routes.
