Like many, I was a frustrated parent wishing to help my child perform better in a Virtual Learning environment and I couldn't let go of an idea about triggering homework completion using Smart Contract Rewards that we considered back in 2015. The envisioned solution required significant evolutionary changes to Decentralized networks though, particularly for scaling and security, so we bided our time. Once we realized that the robust OR release of Metis's Layer 2 made our Learn-to-Earn solution possible we quickly refocused resources and strategy. We are very excited to bring this Incentivized Learning Solution to the world and we think Metis is a perfect partner.

Challenges we ran into

A late start propelled a rapid sunrise/sunset PoC development, but such a challenge just displays our enthusiasm and resolve. We have a large global development team, vested with specific expertise for comprehensive capability and they are all very excited for this project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have engineered several blockchain projects especially in Supply Chains innovation. AG Senior Management have long been leaders in the nascent Blockchain community and maintain a large network of key people and companies in this burgeoning space. Company leaders have developed many mission-critical Capital Markets solutions like Securities Retail and Institutional Trade systems, Forex Order Management, Commercial Real Estate, REITs Lease Management System, various Healthcare solutions, and IT Training. Refocused to integrate Blockchain solution engineering in 2016.

What we learned

Tokenomics is key to serving such diverse Pubic and Private companies globally, so the Governance of Tokens requires DAC flexibility while still controlling volatility. Many jurisdictional concerns can be offloaded to the Client Partner (public school in Africa as an example; we have African educators in our advisory group) who must conform to their Jurisdiction's rules in posting their Smart Contract Challenge (Syllabus) for scholastic achievement as well as the new component of monetization of Rewards which may be somewhat restrictive in select global regions.

This may result in a positive internal DAC Token redistribution to assist with school supplies or, perhaps funding for top notch global educators livestreaming innovative seminars in aceIt.live with sentient, holographic immersiveness to assist surgical training or Tai Chi lessons for example (Q4 2023?). Like many of the empowering W3 Blockchain solutions rising today, we are Facilitators, not Regulators or Custodians.

Gaining sufficient Liquidity though Phased Token releases will drive down costs for AceIt DAC's in the early stages as a large Learn-to-Earn platform will afford wide exposure globally for DAC's, effectively reaching a much larger audience than a traditional Learning company for much less expenditure. This inherent 'marketing' & 'hosting' is one of the key drivers of DAC Token Registry and Token allocation through a Phased Liquidity build and Staking.

AceIt Guru L2E Prototype Build - projected completion by the end of Q2 2022 Concurrent Fundraising, Partner Onboarding, Team Augmentation, and Community Building.
