A phone-first work-readiness app for upper-limb amputee construction workers returning to site with a prosthetic attachment.
Every morning, the worker completes a guided ritual — holding, aligning, and locking their attachment — while Accord maps their readiness in real time. The result is a Readiness Score and a site clearance status, built from biometric progress data tracked across Fine Motor Control, Grip Control, and Reaction Time. As workers complete rituals and training modules, they earn verifiable credentials — badges tied to specific task competencies like. These credentials can be pushed directly into Procore, Fieldwire, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, appearing as read-only compliance records inside the tools site managers already use. No new app. No friction.
The design is built on a single emotional principle: this is not a medical device. It's a performance tool. The interaction language pulls from Headspace, Duolingo, and Whoop — calm rituals, earned progression, visible momentum — applied to the specific physical and psychological experience of re-entering skilled work after limb loss.
