AccessNova was inspired by the challenges seniors and people with disabilities face when using digital services. Many struggle with navigating complex government and medical websites, understanding forms, and completing online procedures. This often forces them to rely on others for simple tasks like booking a medical appointment.

We wanted to create a solution that empowers them to be independent. Using Amazon Nova, we built an assistant that understands user intent through voice or text and automatically performs tasks using Nova Act. We designed a simple, accessible interface that fully supports Arabic and clearly displays each step of the process.

Throughout development, we learned how to integrate AI models with web interfaces, design user-friendly experiences for seniors, and convert a simple request into a fully automated workflow. The biggest challenge was ensuring the experience felt smooth and intuitive, but the result is a powerful and easy-to-use accessibility assistant.
