The Bill Bryson library can be a very intimidating space for new students, so we wanted to create a project that could help to alleviate these fears and unsure everyone makes the use of this great resource. Our plan was to use Polycam to take a 3D scan of the library and then import it into unity and create a space that the user could walk through, with highlighted paths to different study spaces and specific book shelves.

We used an example scan of the TLC. The program has a main menu, from which you can select the area you want to go to, you can then move and rotate the camera in order to have a view of the area.

To scale up, we would take scans of the library, add more areas and add paths with arrows that lead you from one area to the other.
