With enhancing the guest experience, we had to consider what are some of the most important aspects of a vacation for a customer, along with reasons why costumers would want to take a vacation in the first place. One of those most important aspects is to create wonderful long-lasting memories. Memories are the keepsakes and treasures that each and every customer takes away from the experience that they have on vacation with your cruise line. We would be the perfect partner for your company because we are able to provide an efficient software solution that will allow your customer to create and keep their wonderful long-lasting memories that they are guaranteed to have on your cruise line. The software is an app called Sea Sakes—Keepsakes from their voyage on the seas. This app will be using AI to be able to capture and give accessibility to those memories with efficiency and ease, with little to no risk, and all for a fair price. This will surely enhance their experience and will also help to increase the number of future returning customers.

Proposal Solution ResorTechUSA would like to provide Royal Seas two solutions in connection with our Sea Sakes application. Our first proposal is to provide the Sea Sakes application in conjunction with the use of drones and FunPhoto camera stations to facilitate hands-free photography in our paparazzi feature, while Royal Seas retains a 35% share of the profits. The second proposal, if Royal Seas is apprehensive of drone usage, is to still provide the Sea Sakes application but only with FunPhoto camera stations. The application will still have all of the features available, and Royal Seas will still retain 35% of the profit shares.

Scope of Work To enhance the guest experience on the Royal Seas Cruise lines, the customers can purchase access to the Sea Sakes Application as a part of their vacation package. The Sea Sakes application is the memory keeping experience that allows the customers to create and download their treasured photos onto their various mobile devices. This app will have little impact on the data centers and allow for seamless integration by using the AI that is already used on the ships for giving ID cards to passengers and creating our app through Microsoft Azure for various systems (including iOS and Droid), which specializes in AI. Using Azure will also be more efficient for the transition of information into the cloud database, as Royal Seas is already familiar with using Microsoft software and the user interface will be more intuitive for the tech team that will integrate and transition the data. This software will also allow us to be able to scale automatically, due to the elasticity of the service, should we need more data storage in the cloud. Also, with the use of Microsoft, customers can use their Microsoft 365 login and store their photos onto their OneDrive cloud storage. There will need to be an installation of more Wi-Fi-hot spots to help support the accessibility of the app, but the data will be able to still stay secure. Each customer will be given a Username/ID and PIN to have for their own secure account. The account will be able to be used on two devices per the standard package, and customers can add more devices for an additional fee. To further mitigate the risk of data mismanagement, the app ID and PIN will be expired and become disabled 14 days after the last day of the customer’s voyage. It may be challenging for the older ships to transition, but our staff will be there to help you every step of the way. To address cybersecurity concerns, we shall provide advanced security software along with training and protocols, which will also help to prevent future breaches.
