Inspiration

The inspiration for AbstractAce came from the need to simplify the process of summarizing large amounts of text. We wanted to create a tool that could quickly and efficiently summarize documents, articles, and other written content. Our goal was to make it easier for people to access important information without spending hours reading through lengthy text.

What it does

How we built it

We built AbstractAce using Wix and Velo APIs. We started by creating a basic website on Wix and then used Velo APIs to add the summarization functionality. We also created a user interface that is simple and easy to use. Also integrated the backend API for text summarization.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges we faced was integrating the API into our website. We had to find a way to make the API work seamlessly with our website's design and user interface. Additionally, we had to ensure that the summarization generated by the API was accurate and concise. We also faced some technical difficulties during the implementation of the API, which required us to troubleshoot and make adjustments to our code. Despite these challenges, we were able to overcome them and create a functional and user-friendly website.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the fact that we were able to create a functional tool that can help people save time and access important information more easily. We are also proud of the user interface that we designed, which is simple and intuitive.

What we learned

Through this hackathon, we learned a lot about how to integrate APIs into a Wix website. We also learned about the importance of user interface design and how to create a website that is both functional and user-friendly.

What's next for AbstractAce

In the future, we plan to expand the functionality of AbstractAce by adding more features and improving the accuracy of the summarization algorithms. We also plan to market the tool to a wider audience and explore potential partnerships with other companies in the technology space.
