Who Am I?
I am an inventor, innovator, and creator. I have found my passion in electromechanical design and now obsess over designing and prototyping hardware projects. I enjoy 36-hour hackathons and long walks on the beach. I make things for fun. I take initiative to learn and do what has to be done to achieve my goals.
What is my Education?
I am a proud Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. Currently in my very last term of my university career, 4B, I am expected to graduate in April, 2019.
What am I looking for?
My goal is to secure a full time position, starting in the summer or fall of 2019. I am looking to contribute the skills and knowledge that I've accumulated from my 5 years of school and 6 co-op terms. I like a fast-paced environment that presents work that will challenge me, so that I can continue to learn and become a better engineer. I am looking to call my work my passion and to call my coworkers my friends.
What are my interests and hobbies?
I like to learn as much as I can and to push myself to do new things. I like to make the most of my time. I like to move forward. As a result, I have picked up many hobbies over the time. Photography and videography have been particularly prevalent. In addition to having been on the Electrical Team, I was the Media Lead for Waterloo Hybrid, now Waterloo Electric. I enjoy all types of music and sports. However, of all the hobbies and interests I have, one is most dominant; building cool projects. I am constantly working on one project or another. These projects always entail Mechanical, Electrical, and Software aspects. In their finished form, they embody my passion for Engineering and Design.
What are some cool things about me?
I play the Alto Saxaphone, Guitar, Piano, and Drums, performing for audiences including Stephen Harper. I played CSL-level soccer for two years. I don't fit on most standard-length beds. I love travel, snowboarding, and cars. I have a youtube channel! I also love travel and exploring the world.
