Abley is a job search platform, giving users the capability to search for information in order to find their people and launch their careers. The tool provides social justice and reform to users. The website has the capability to help users with the job search, compare different companies and industries, analyze and compare salaries, and other resources that may be needed for a successful career. The platform applies filters to specific jobs, industries, and companies, comparing that against specific attributes including work experience, ethnicity and location, offering an analysis of these attributes in one place. We built our website using Figma. This became our form of social justice after realizing the struggle people of diverse backgrounds face when it comes to growing or beginning their careers. We faced the challenge of picking what information and analysis to include, and finding an effective yet powerful name to convey the platform message.
