Farmers often face long wait times on traditional helplines, receive generic advice, and lack convenient access to a comprehensive knowledge base in their local languages. This information gap leads to suboptimal yields, increased losses, and economic instability for millions.

Revolutionizing agricultural outreach, we harnessed ~25,000 Kisaan Call Centre transcripts, leveraging MongoDB Atlas and Google Cloud to power an AI-driven, phone-based advisory system. Crucially, we're transforming frequently asked questions into engaging YouTube videos using Google's text-to-video, text-to-audio, and text-to-image models, creating an unparalleled, accessible knowledge base that truly simplifies farmer engagement.
Feature 1: Intelligent Voice-Enabled Advisory
Core Functionality:
- Reduced Wait Times: Instead of manual call routing, Aakruti Connect analyzes historical call records (from MongoDB) using Vertex AI to understand common farmer queries and their optimal responses.
- AI-Powered Virtual Agent (Dialogflow): When a farmer calls the helpline, a Dialogflow agent powered by Vertex AI first attempts to answer their query in their regional language, drawing from a vast, continually updated knowledge base.

- Text-to-Speech (Google Cloud Text-to-Speech): The AI-generated or human-verified answers are transformed into natural-sounding speech in the regional language.
- Text-to-Video (Google Cloud Text-to-Video/Third-Party Integration): This speech, combined with relevant visuals (stock agricultural footage, diagrams, graphs, or AI-generated imagery sourced via Google integrations), creates concise educational videos.
- Dynamic YouTube Channel Generation: These videos are automatically uploaded to farmer-specific YouTube channels, categorized by crop, region, and topic (e.g., "Pest Control for Wheat in Punjab," "Rice Cultivation Techniques in Telangana").
- Searchable Video Knowledge Base (MongoDB Vector Search): Video transcripts and metadata are stored in MongoDB. Farmers can use natural language queries to search the video library, and vector search will return relevant videos based on semantic similarity.
