Running a business means juggling too many moving parts—lead generation, SEO, invoicing, client communication, and more. What if you could have a tireless team of AI agents handling all that while you focused on scaling and innovating?

Inspired by the everyday chaos faced by startups and enterprises alike, AaaS Labs was born to reimagine business automation through intelligent, conversational AI agents.

🤖 What it does

AaaS Labs offers a full suite of AI-powered agents that work around the clock to support your business operations:

  • LeadGen Agent – Generates, scores, and prioritizes leads automatically.
  • AI-SEO Agent – Boosts online presence with keyword research, content generation, and automated sociall media posting (newsletters, Blogs, Posts, etc.).
  • Finance Agent – Handles invoicing, payment tracking, and reminders—just type in natural language in Slack.
  • Smart Inbox – Get instant summaries, notifications, and action suggestions for emails and messages and reports.

Everything runs on natural language commands—just tell your agents what you need, and they’ll get it done.

🛠️ How we built it

  • Frontend: React-based dashboard for agent status and control.
  • Backend: Node.js + Express API with OpenAI’s GPT models and custom logic for each agent.
  • Integrations: Slack commands, Google Docs and Drive API, HubSpot CRM, and social media APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Automation Engine: Scheduled and event-driven job runners powered by a queue system (Redis + BullMQ).

🧗 Challenges we ran into

  • Designing scalable agent workflows for different business types.
  • Ensuring natural language understanding was precise yet flexible.
  • Managing multi-platform integrations while maintaining low latency.
  • Creating reliable lead scoring that adapts to industry-specific contexts.

  • Built a fully functional, multi-agent system in under 12 days.
  • Integrated Slack-based natural language commands for seamless operations.
  • Enabled a plug-and-play AI automation layer for startups with zero code changes needed.

🚧 What's next for AaaS Labs - AI Agents-as-a-Service Labs

  • Launching a no-code agent configurator to let users build custom workflows.
  • Adding voice command integration for Google Assistant and Alexa.
  • Scaling with LLM fine-tuning per industry vertical (legal, real estate, SaaS).
  • Adding options for the users working on different CRMs like Salesforce or Superleap and giving more flexibilty to the businesses to select the agents based on these options
