Inspiration
Travel planning can be time-consuming and overwhelming, especially when coordinating multiple travelers or booking through different agents. We were inspired to create a seamless agent-to-agent (A2A) travel platform that simplifies bookings, provides personalized itineraries, and reduces human error in hotel and trip management.
What it does
A2A Smart Travel Concierge is an AI-powered platform that connects travel agents with travelers to manage hotel bookings and itineraries efficiently. It provides: Personalized hotel recommendations Automated itinerary planning Easy agent-to-agent collaboration Real-time booking confirmations This solution streamlines travel planning and ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience for both agents and travelers.
How we built it
Frontend: Web-based dashboard(React.js) and App(Flutter) for travelers Backend: API-driven architecture to manage bookings and itineraries (FastApi) AI Components: Recommendation engine for hotels and itinerary optimization Data Handling: Mock hotel data for demo; can integrate Nuitée LiteAPI for real-time hotel availability and pricing (Also Firebase for authetication and data storage)

Integrating multiple booking workflows into a single agent-to-agent interface Designing an intuitive UI that works for both agents and travelers Handling real-time data for hotel availability without exposing sensitive credentials
