A Solution To Robo-calling And a Proposal to Eliminate Them

My solution uses existing telephone company technology to eliminate robo-calling by using only verified numbers and the general public to report new telemarketer numbers as robo-callers change their numbers. The robo-calls are then automatically routed to the FTC, and or blocked until such time as the originator contacts the FTC to get their number cleared into the "allowed" database.
