A simple program showcasing bouncing objects

Though the program may seem simple, it represents our current understanding of the language Python. We showcase an example of shapes bouncing against one another and the walls of the screen.

Inspiration

The idea of animations inspired us. We have a passion for all sorts of animations, and though we cannot compete with many other people's programs, we nevertheless are proud of our own simple creation that we have accomplished.

What it does

A program that runs by itself and portrays different shapes in different colors as they bounce around the screen and off of each other.

How we built it

This was built in Python.

Challenges we ran into

The understanding of physics and screen update speed within Python.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The ability to represent a realistic, bouncing object program.

What we learned

We learned about how Python's graphical Turtle module.

What's next for A simple program showcasing bouncing objects

Hopefully we will be able to add an interactable side to this program where the user can cause changes.
