Inspiration
We remember seeing people build the worst sound slider they could, and thought, what if we did that but with a calculator. A Rudy Goldberg machine inspired calculator.
What it does
It takes a relatively simple concept of a calculator and makes it take 5 times longer and 10 times more stressful
How we built it
The project was built fully in Python, with the UI and game elements built using pygame
What's next for A simple calculator
We plan to add more operators to the mix and potentially other game modes including a maze where you have to find the components of your equation in it and then find the exit to get the answer.
