Inspiration

Riddles have a long history with games. I wanted to create a quick, special game with a cute animal mascot. I am currently taking a classical Greek/Roman movie class, and I really like Undertale.

What it does

It is an interactive Jupyter Notebook story game with riddle questions as you interact with Elif the sphinx.

How we built it

Python it is in pieces to run, so it is like a book where you go to different sections because of your choices

Challenges we ran into

The images did not want to show up (had to run seperately and soley call rather than show) and the code to run needed to be opened in seperate files (decided to download only one here as it is the same code except it has .show() for images) . This lessened moral but was able to be resolved partly by seperation for the video. The code was compiled for gethub to be viewed as it is meant to be

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Elif the sphinx The crazy if else statements

What we learned

Elif is the if else statement for Python... may have heard that in class but did not remember it

What's next for A Riddle Me This

Riddle me this? ; )
