Inspiration
The predicament with customer support are Long wait, restatement of details from vis-a-vis, unfamiliar with the answer to the problem, more than 50% of the time the issue is not resolved on time, and the list goes on. This problem is not specific to only customer support, but in case of an emergency u r not even able to contact an ambulance which is a matter of life and death.
This led to the creation of A.I.M
What it does
Artificially Intelligent Manager A.I.M automates the task of answering calls that are specifically generic which could help save lot of money, time and most importantly lives.
How we built it
A.I.M was built using React, Tailwind & Figma
Challenges we ran into
One of the challenges we ran into was Coming up with a way to make A.I.M usable for various different use cases.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
With A.I.M we are proud to be able to potentially save millions of lives & save a lot of precious time of the people.
What we learned
With this project we learnt to improve teamwork and the process of product development.
What's next for A.I.M (Artificially Intelligent Manager)
We plan for A.I.M to be able to train on specific data for a company, startup, etc. from the base version tailored to meet their speech patterns of customer support and be able to provide human like responses.
