I could not for the life of me brainstorm an answer to the prompt and I had to work on Saturday so I decided to take a step back and maybe look at what I'm doing and why and work with that.
There are many ways to track progress towards a goal but there aren't many applications that capture the context, emotions, and events happening that can provide insight and even help navigate that part of our lives.
Starting simple with a task collector tool that helps keep you accountable and also gives you a view of everything you've done so you can celebrate is great. However if you were sick and didn't get much done it could also be another source of stress. At the end of the day we have to heal from sickness, fix things that break, relax from a hard day, etc. since we have to stay healthy in mind and body.
A Great Project will help set the mindset that yes, you are always working towards something but you are a human being and it is important to enjoy life regardless of where you are at. This does not mean overspending funds you don't have but acknowledging you have done a lot.
