A flashcard app made in svelte

It is a basic flashcard app made in svelte it is very buggy but if you want to try it just type in a front and a back and set the group to be current.

Inspiration

I have been wanting to learn Spanish and an essential part of my plan was the app Anki a spaced repetition flashcard app so for this hackathon I tried replicate that.

What it does

All the app does is give you the flashcards you created.

How we built it

I built it with Svelte and GitHub Pages.

Challenges we ran into

Around one day in I realized all my code was unusable if I wanted to finish on time as it was all spaghetti code with broken parts written by ChatGPT (totally not just blaming ChatGPT)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of making my first hackathon submission.

What we learned

I learned to always simplify your data structure it isn't worth it over complicating it.

What's next for A flashcard app made in svelte

I may update it later and try and improve it but I likely will just remember it as my first hackathon submission
