A.F.R

Inspiration

I was inspired to do my project this way since I have a HAM Radio.

What it does

When I run the python command, my computer will listen for any speech that may come from my radio and records it and places it in a .wav file.

How we built it

The project was created through python and importing a few libraries such as pyaudio for my python script.

Challenges we ran into

I didn't know initially how to import libraries along with the usual struggles with coding.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I managed to do this project solo

What we learned

I learned that when it comes to time crunches such as this competition, you will have to sometimes sacrifice features.

What's next for A.F.R

If given more time, I would have liked to code a way so that the audio can be transcribed into text onto a separate .txt file.
