I have started work on the react version of this app, It's almost done and now I am dealing with the same problem, detecting swipes and tap holds on react, it's a harder one on react although there are component libraries I found that might help me move further with this project. In fact, since I recently started learning React Native and Electron, I am planning to bring this app on all platforms making it accessible for almost anyone and everyone.
