A Boring (Useless) Hardware But Still Useful

Inspiration

I recently bought the adafruit circuit board express, so I decided to challenge myself a bit and for the first time in my whole student career using hardware.

What it does

This can able to alert the driver when you shake the board, it has the red light shining. It can also help you keep track of your exercise time in some sort.

Actually how to get started, how to transfer code (software) to the circuit board (hardware)

It actually works! When I shake it, it turns red, and it keeps track of exercise time in some sort.
