It started as an Idea back in 2014 when I conducted Hajj. Where I saw a clear Gap between Official Public transportation and Pilgrims accommodations/venues specially in MENAA Maashaer where JAMARAT trips are conducted once a day for 3 days. We must introduce a fast east ride to pilgrims to mounver inner the mashaer and between all Mashaers with timely & structurally manner. Currently, there is no official meddle tool and we want to introduce this tool with a full fledge solution that will give value and service at the same time. MOH records indicate that the cost mean for transportation in Hajj & omrah 2017 is 11 SAR which gives us a clear indication that 50% of Makkah visitors are walking or using illegal meddle man. we also want to keep Makkah clean and healthy therefore, we need a solution that does not produce pollution. We need a solution to move faster and in narrow places and streets. It is a Solution that provides transportation within or between each mashaer during Hajj & Omrah seasons and using a class A vehicles to give excellent experience to Makkah & Madinah Visitors. We are linking Mobile App and Special Hardware to boost the visitors experience to optimum and make a inner area transportation solution available. Vehicles are electronics and solar user to keep our Holy Cities clean. Vehicles can be customized to also accommodate the government needs during Hajj period. This solution can move 3M persons per day at 100% implementation. Our Project Name is EMMcar ( Electronic Makkah & Madinah Car ) ( إمكار ) EMMcar solution is going to help the pilgrims to go around their Hajj places without hustle and with faster and easier experience. EMMcar solution is built to fit Makkah and Madinah special circumstances where narrow streets and crowdedness throughout the year. EMMcar Solution is Hajj and Omrah visitors centric. Therefore, it was built to support majority of visitors from all nations and ages and genders. EMMcar Solution will cover all type of trips and will accommodate more of the needs in all of them. How we Built it: We simulate the trips and we framed 6 + screen from We used programming language HTML5/CSS3/JAVA script/PhP/MySQL/XML. Framework: bootstrap3/JQuery/JQueryMobile/noodeJs Programs we used: Phonegap. We ran into some challenges to choose the right design and name and finally we decided to go with a friendly/smart design We learned so many new technics to solve prospective customer’s needs. Meeting so many great programmers and designers. We also learned how to combine business and technology approach. We are still working on Google Maps API and other backend functionality.
