What it does
We built a no-code platform for business to easily create, manage and deploy AI-powered chatbots for their e-commerce shops to help customers make better purchasing decisions.
How we built it
We built our webapp using a React frontend and a Django REST backend, which is integrated with the AWS LexV2 API to train NLP models for our chatbots.
How it works
Users will sign up and log into our webapp, which allows them to fill in a form detailing the desired behaviour of the chatbot, and this data will be sent into our backend, which trains and deploys the chatbot for their online stores.
