Inspiration
Every month, Indian households and retail investors make major financial and appliance purchasing decisions without transparent, localized data. From calculating the real payback period of BLDC ceiling fans against state electricity tariffs to sizing air purifiers for severe winter smog (AQI 400+), consumers rely on biased marketing specs.
We built 99InfoStore Smart Decision Tools as a suite of lightweight, 100% client-side web utilities to give consumers transparent mathematical clarity.
What it does
The platform provides four independent, high-precision decision tools:
- BLDC Fan Electricity Savings & Payback Calculator: Simulates annual ₹ savings and payback timelines when upgrading from 75W induction fans to 28W/35W BEE 5-Star BLDC fans.
- Air Purifier Room Sizer & CADR Smog Sizer: Calculates exact clean air delivery rate (CADR in m³/h) needed for specific room dimensions during peak seasonal pollution.
- RBI G-Sec vs Sovereign Green Bond Yield Calculator: Simulates post-tax returns, cess liabilities, and coupon payouts under 2026 debt taxation rules.
- Student APAAR & DigiLocker Grievance Generator: Automatically formats institutional grievance redressal applications for college registrars.
How we built it
- Frontend: Pure semantic HTML5, modern CSS3, and vanilla ES6+ JavaScript.
- Privacy & Performance: Zero server round-trips, zero analytics telemetry, and sub-100ms calculation benchmarks.
- Embed Engine: Each tool includes a responsive iframe snippet for seamless embedding on external blogs and educational portals.

We are expanding the suite with rooftop solar ROI calculators (PM Surya Ghar Yojana) and EV charging cost estimators for Indian metropolitan cities.
