86 The Robocallers

Synopsis: This proposal is for a modification and expansion of 'features' currently employed by the telephone companies. No additional physical equipment would be required as this would operate through software changes by requiring the caller to recognize and take an additional 'unique' action to complete the call. With a proper key entered, the call would ring through to the recipient. Without, the caller would be disconnected. While some parts required are in current use in different 'features', the combination and expansion of such, form this proposal. Reverse 911 and other requirements are addressed within the full proposal text file submitted.
